Why do I get a message saying my serial number is not correct?

Each Vectorworks serial number consists of 4 blocks of 6 characters, the first of which are 2 specific starting letters.

Pay attention that you enter the correct serial number when installing or activating your Vectorworks. Make sure that there is no space before or after your serial number, as this may cause an error message.
