Why do I get a message saying my serial number is already being used?

This can happens when two users entered the same serial number during the installation of Vectorworks. Check with your colleagues to find out which serial number they’re using. Perhaps one of them made the mistake of entering yours. It’s important that every user uses the right serial number when installing Vectorworks.
