Tips for creating a ticket

Do you want to get help quickly and efficiently? Creating a support ticket is the key to a smooth solution. In this article we share valuable tips and guidelines to make the ticket submission process as smooth as possible so you can get back to work soon!

  • Clearly describe what your question is or which problem you are facing.
  • List where the objects are located (design layer name, sheet layer name, position on the floor plan,...) and/or indicate the location in your drawing.
  • Attach your drawing or send us a screenshot with extra markings or notes, even if the problem also appears in other documents.
  • If you get a particular error message, please forward a screenshot of the error message.
  • Limit yourself to 1 question per ticket.
