Accessibility files and folders on macOS

Operating systems such as MacOS Catalina 10.15.5 or later have additional privacy settings. These settings prevent files from being opened or saved in Vectorworks. Follow the steps below to let Vectorworks regain access.

• Open the System Preferences.
• Click ‘Security & Privacy’.
• Choose “Files and Folders” and allow Vectorworks to access these folders.

• You don’t need to restart Vectorworks.  Access will be granted immediately.
